Due to the nature of digital products, the refund policy is limited to faulty products, imperfectly described products or faults on our website or payment provider problems. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a rea-son for a refund. This will considerably help us to better understand how to improve our service.

Our policy lasts 14 days. You must request a refund before 14 days have gone since your purchase.

To complete your return, please contact us via email: admin@omahedesign.com and please provide a proof of purchase (email, order number, payment method).


If your request for refund qualifies our policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Partial refunds

When purchasing multiple items, partial refunds are made if not all items are refundable.

Deleting refunded items

You promise to fully delete and uninstall the refunded item from your computer or any other place the item is in. The refunded item cannot be used in any design that has been previously created or will be created.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
